BEFORE TIME, YOUR HEALTH, OR A CRISIS MAKES THE DECISION FOR YOU.
For self-aware founders, leaders and creatives who feel stuck in outwardly successful life that no longer fits, and are ready to trade it for clarity on the decision they keep postponing, a first glimpse of their next meaningful chapter, and the first real sleep they've had in years.
A Free 2-Day Virtual Event to stop drifting through another year, face the truth, and learn to change your life to avoid regret whilst improving the relationships that matter most.
Event Dates & Times:
August 26 & 27, 2026 8:00 AM PST
You reverse engineer your life through the eyes of your ninety-year-old self, then, while it is still vivid, write a letter back to yourself, noting the brave choices they were most grateful you made to avoid regret. You take the letter home as your compass.
Guided live, you face exactly what another five years doing nothing costs you, in time, in health, and in the people closest to you, so staying stops feeling safe and the need to change becomes undeniable.

✦ Face the major regrets that meet most people at the end of life
so you feel now, through real accounts of those who reached the end wishing they had chosen differently, what they felt then, while you still have the time to choose again.
✦ Understand why you drifted here
so you stop mistaking fear for loyalty, and finally see what has really been keeping you in a life that no longer fits.
✦ See your life through the eyes of your ninety-year-old self
so the decision you have been circling for years stops being negotiable, and the path to a life without regret becomes obvious.
Measure the true cost of another five years on this path ✦
so the regret you have been carrying stops growing, and staying starts to feel like the real risk, in your time, your health, and the people closest to you.
See what a life built on your own terms could look like ✦
so the dread of staying turns into the pull of something you genuinely want, while there is still time to live it.
Take home a simple daily practice that keeps you on track ✦
so you protect the relationships that matter most, and never drift away from your authentic life again.

This is for conscious founders, leaders, change-makers and creatives who have built an outwardly successful life and can feel it no longer fits who they have become. Who are ready to stop postponing the trip, the move, the career, the conversation, they have been putting off for years, before the time to do it runs out.
This is for people who are tired of anxiety and want to sleep through the night again. Who want to stop performing and feel like themselves around the people they love. Who want their oldest friends to look at them and see the spark in their eye again. Who want to wake up on a Monday and feel the sense of adventure they had at twenty five, and be genuinely glad to be alive.
Even if you have spent years telling yourself now is not the moment, or that wanting more is ungrateful, this is for you.

Most approaches help you set goals inside the life you already have. This one begins at the end, because that is the only vantage point from which your biggest decision stops being negotiable and the path forward becomes clear.
You reach a clarity no vision board, executive coach or productivity system gets near. The reckoning that successful people are usually too loyal or too afraid to say out loud, led by someone who has sat with the dying and knows exactly what they wished they had done sooner.
You reach a clarity no vision board, executive coach or productivity system gets near. The reckoning that successful people are usually too loyal or too afraid to say out loud, led by someone who has sat with the dying and knows exactly what they wished they had done sooner.
You spend two days among other high agency people who are finally telling the truth, and feel the relief of dropping the performance in a room where nobody is keeping theirs up either. No masks. No pretending everything is fine.
The Aliveness Practice and its guide, a simple daily and weekly system you keep for life, and a letter from your ninety-year-old self in your own hand, so the clarity of these two days does not fade by Friday.
You also get free access to the Aliveness Substack, a growing library of essays, practices and guidance on making the big life changes most people never find the support to make.

I'm the founder of the Aliveness Practice, a growing philosophy that helps people live fully in the awareness that life is finite.
This work grew out of my own threshold. I spent twenty award-winning years in entertainment, directing TV commercials and feature films, then building a drone art company staging aerial light shows around the world. By every external measure I'd made it, yet I had begun to fear I'd built the wrong life, and it was making me quietly ill. What turned me toward this path were my own near death experiences, brushes with mortality I'd locked away until they resurfaced and I chose to face them.
That led me to train as an end of life guide. Sitting with the dying gave me the wisdom that makes every big life decision clear: to change your life, you have to reverse engineer it from the end. It's the perspective that gave me the courage to let go of the old success and build a life that is finally my own. Today my wife and I are travelling the world with our children, building purpose-led careers, living the life we spent years postponing, and I have never felt more alive.
My life's mission now is to help people live their fullest lives in the time they have left.
Join me for two days, and I'll guide you to that same clarity, the kind you cannot reach alone, so you can stop postponing the things that matter most and wake up to your authentic self before it is too late.
